PROJECET MANAGER DIANA BERTI
OPENING 6 SEPTEMBER | 10:00 - 21:00
7 SEPTEMBER – 8 DECEMBER
CANTINE BOSCA, CANELLI
PALAZZOIRREALE is built on imagination, evolving over time into a new narrative of the family and the Monferrato region. Grounded in the authenticity of its place and history, it sets the stage for a new story inspired by the utopian vision of creating a space—both physical and mental—that can host artist interventions, site specific artworks, and selected pieces within a specific vision.
The inaugural guest artist is Patrick Tuttofuoco, who presents an expansive project that integrates the outdoor spaces with the “linea di produzione” areas. This exhibition, featuring a selection of his seminal works alongside a new neon installation titled "Shape Shifting," conceived specifically for the surrounding landscape, endeavors to chart the artist’s evolution from the early 2000s to the present. The exhibition foregrounds works that explore the theme of time—a central motif in Tuttofuoco's practice—reconstructed in relation to human experience and its cyclical nature. Here, arms and hands emerge as potent symbols of the landscape, populace, and territory, reflecting and amplifying the essence of Monferrato's production, understood as the culmination of both physical and intellectual labor.
