Federica Schiavo Gallery is pleased to announce that the MACTE, Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Termoli has acquired Salvatore Arancio's ambitious group of sculptures Bruno's House (2023), created for the museum thanks to the PAC 2021 - Piano per l'Arte Contemporanea promoted by Ministero della Cultura.
Inspired by the sculptures of the Bruno Weber Park in Switzerland, Salvatore Arancio has transposed Weber's phantasmagorical imagery into a new series of sculptures that are linked to his production with glazes ceramic created during a residency in Hungary and in a new production of bronze tiles.
The artist will present a solo exhibition at MACTE in June 2024.
